BRIEF:
Sculptform needed consistent branding from the front of the office where the deals are made, to the back of the workshop where the heavy lifting is done. With printed and embroidered winter uniforms, Sculptform were ready to win their onboarding key must-win moment and make an impact at point of sale.
Their primary objective was to ensure their teams felt happy and comfortable in the apparel they wear every day.
BACKGROUND:
Sculptform design and manufacture wall, ceiling and façade systems to create beautiful architectural features. Their internal culture is authenticity, tackling their industry with resilience and positivity. Their approach resulted in the award for Best Small Workplace at the 2022 World Architecture Festival. As such, it is imperative to provide their employees with quality workwear that meets their needs and expectations
